Blueprint Builds support

Blueprint Builds is Peninsula Equine's field app for staff and clients. If you need help signing in, want to report a problem, or want your account or data removed, we're easy to reach.

Signing in

Access is invitation-only: an administrator adds your work email to the staff or client list before your account is created. If your sign-in fails, check you are using the invited email address, then contact us and we'll reset or re-issue access.

Notifications

The app asks permission to send push notifications about project decisions that involve you. Declining leaves the app fully functional — you can change this at any time in your device's notification settings.

Delete your account

To close your account or request deletion of your account data, email info@peninsulaequine.systems from your registered address. Access is also removed automatically when an administrator removes you from the workspace. Evidence already recorded against a project remains part of that project's construction record, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Reporting a problem

Email a short description of what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead — a screenshot helps. We aim to reply within one business day.
